Property Price Register

About the register

The Residential Property Price Register is compiled by the Property Services Regulatory Authority from stamp duty returns: date of sale, price declared and address, for every residential property sold in Ireland since 1 January 2010. It contains no names. Prices of new homes may exclude VAT; sales flagged not full market price are not open-market transactions.
